Here’s what to expect and how to stay on track:
Weekly Flow
- New modules release each week, starting August 30th. Within each module, there will be 1-3 learning videos, a workbook, exercises for the physical-mental-emotional body, and some journaling or a guided meditation. I recommend getting a journal or notebook that is solely for this course.
- Live group coaching calls every Tuesday at 12:30 p.m. MST, starting September 2nd.
- We begin our group, Fast Like A Girl Reset on September 30th.Â

Before the First Call
- Log in to your Kajabi course library ➝ here. Watch module 1 video lessons and complete the exercises.
 - Add the coaching calls to your calendar so you don’t miss the live sessions.
- Watch your email for the Google Question Form: I’ll send it 2 days before each call. If you can’t join live, submit your questions there—I’ll answer them during the session, and you can catch the replay.
